Pangasinan State University going to the next higher level on becoming premier state university in ASEAN arena.
I don't have any idea that I will be part of this big movement of my University. Back then, when my department the College of Teacher Education and Teachnology (CTET) make a general meeting to us incoming fourth year student. And they present this Pre-Service Exchange Student Teacher in other country to us. I don't have any intention and plan to join on this program because our family has a financial problem but my friends told me to try and luckily they accept me. I took the risk and at the first place I am not confident to pass the interviews and requirements but I believed that if it is God's will, I will be on this program. After a long discussions and sacrifices, here I am the result of my faith. I belong to the 24 students who will represents the student teachers of PSU and hoping that this program help us to be a globally competent teacher of 21st century.
I, Marc Ellis D. Caguioa a fourth year student of Pangasinan State University taking up Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Physical Science ready to conquer the global arena.
