THE FATE OF MY FAITH

                          This is it again!!!..... The end is already came. Bang Afrizal, Miswari, Novita, Augus, Kaswadi and Miss Ria bring us in Sultan Iskandar Buda Airport and took our flight going Malaysia. When we arrived in Malaysia we meet our Thai friends and hang out with them for last couple of hours and we did again the last waves and hugs to our unforgettable Thai friends.

                        This is our last day in Aceh, so we decided to go in the city for the last time and buy some souvenirs and foods. We reminisced every moment in that place and walk around the city. In the afternoon our friends in PPG-FKIP accompany us to have a joy ride all over the city and that night we say goodbye on our friends and they gave us different gifts.

                  This is the day we accompany our Thai friends to go in Sultan Iskandar Buda Airport. This is the most heart breaking moment because we loss already a family member and also a good friend.

                During the second day of Ramadan, one of our friends Bang (Brother) Afrizal invited us to go their house and celebrate the last day of our Thai friends. We ate traditional foods and feel how they celebrate the feast of sacrifice.

                             Farewell SMP 6, This is the last meeting with the head master of SekolahMenengahPertama and our mentors from UNSYIAH and SMP 6. They gave their warm gratitude in teaching their students. They said that we motivated the not only the students but also the different teachers of their school. After the headmaster speech, our mentor and us start to express our thanks and gratitude for everything that we’ve with them in our journey in SMP 6. Miss Syarifa told me to go outside on that time because her students waiting me for the last time. When the four of us already in the outside of the headmaster office, all of the students of SMP 6 waiting us outside. There are a lot of teary eyes waiting to our last speech to them. We go to the class of IX- 1,2,6,7 and VIII-6. And even our fr iends in SMP who help us in giving what we need in teaching. I will miss this school and never forget this moment in my life.

                            This my last day of teaching in Sekolah Menengah Pertama 6 and this is also the last evaluation of Miss AndiUlfa of UNSYIAH, I didn’t think the pressure because I want to end with a happy one. When Miss Ulfa already done in evaluating me for about 20 minutes only. I took the chance to finish the whole topic because I want my student learned from me for the last time. I did my best and hoping for their best. In the afternoon, we go to the Lab School of Unsyiah to give their pleasure on us SEA teachers and the farewell day of Mr. Pompeius, Mr. Sron, Miss Fon and Miss Nokyoung.

                              At first I don’t want to start this day because I know that this is a sign of my last week in Banda Aceh, Indonesia. But the life must go on. I arrived at school alone using the Trans KoetaRadja a free bus in Aceh and I think this is one of the earliest time that I go in SMP 6. I start my class discussion in grade nine sections 1. I thought it is hard for me but I did it. The topic that I’ve thought is the Coulomb’s Law, it is very hard for me to teach this topic because we need to compute many word problem so that we can apply the formula of it. But with the help of God, the students really like it because their scores is really excellent for their age.

                        This is day we discovered the hidden beauty of Banda Aceh, Indonesia. This hidden paradise is look like our very own Puerto Prinsesa Underground River in Palawan. This is what they called Sabang Island. Our first trip is on the other part of that island and we try the snorkeling and this is my first time to dived under the sea and I was mesmerized on the wonderful place beneath the wide ocean around Sabang Island. In the afternoon we go in KILOMETER 0 and feel the edge of Indonesia.

                                    Miss Ema and Natasha of Unsyiah Lab School accompanied us to go in the edge of Indonesia and that is Sabang Island. We bring there with the ship and we arrived there in the evening. Our Thai friend cooked there a famous Thai food which is TOMYAM, but I didn’t taste it because it has shrimp and crabs where I have allergy on that. We lived in a house of typical house there in Indonesia and experience the simple life in that island.

                    The same on the Class IX-1, I thought the topic of Electrostatic in Class IX-2. All of them are highly motivated to listen because they said that this is their first time to study physics using the language of English.

END OF SECOND WEEK       It is the last day of Summer Camp, where the different delegates and even we the SEA-teachers showed a cultural something to represent our country. We ended the day with having a good play and memories with different peoples.

                             First day of teaching in Class VIII-6, and I arrived to my class early just have a good preparation to my discussion. I will never forget this because when I present my Ice breaker which is a chicken dance, the whole class dance and even Miss Syarifa joined on the enjoyment of my class. We didn’t finish the topic that is why I decided to finish on the next meeting. After my class, the OIA fetch us in SMP 6 and bring us in HALAL Food Festival in the City and also in PLDT where these ships symbolize how strong the tsunami last 2004.

LAMPOOC BEACH #DIVERGENTteam                                 “Were gonna be divergent all the time, were gonna be divergent beat you all, cause we are, H-O-T-T-O-G-O, hot to go”, this is our group cheer. Because on the fourth day we joined the Summer Camp with Pompeuis and Nua, and the staffs of OIA bring us to Lampooc Beach for free and swam on that beautiful place. And we played a lot of group games like a kid where our group almost winner on the different games. And we ended up having a good friend to Japanese, Taiwanese and Malaysian people.

             On this day, my mentor in SMP 6 doesn’t have a class so I decided to go in OIA (Office of International Affairs) and joined on the third day of Summer Camp. So as a physical science teacher I learned how the landslide occurs and how to make a mapping of damage before and after the landslide. In the afternoon, they bring us in Badan Search and Rescue Office and learned how they rescued people in the time of calamities in Aceh, Indonesia.

                  Miss Ria of Unsyiah invited us SEA- teacher to join the summer camp with themed of Understanding Disaster Mitigation Through Natural and Cultures and with the participation of different delegates from Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Taiwan. So all of us joined on the first day and meet them all. All of us divided us into different groups and my group name is Divergent and we started a small gamed. In the afternoon, the staff of Office of International Affairs of Unsyiah bring us in BMKG (BadanMeteorologiKlimatologi Dan Geofisika), an office where the earthquake and typhoon studied by meteorologist.

Tour with Sea Teachers Silhouette Effect                       This day Mister Amir of Unsyiah with his friends, she accompanied us to go in one of the great museum in Banda Aceh, Indonesia. They called it Aceh Tsunami Museum . I learned a lot on this museum about the history of the biggest tragedy that Aceh faced. Back December 2004, a great Tsunami came to their province and killed over 200,000 peoples. It was an unforgettable moment to saw the hidden misery of this place.

CLASS VIII-6 FIRST OBSERVATION IN MISS SYARIFA CLASS Helping Miss Syarifa              This is it… This is my first observation to Miss Syarifa, Class VIII-6 and their topic is the first Newton’s Law of Motion. When I asked my mentor to see their laboratory activities, she allowed me to walk around and she gave me a permission to help her students. After the class, I request to my mentor the lesson plan and the topic that I’m going to discuss. She gave me a bilingual fisika(Physics) book where I can used it in the next topic.

#GORENGband #TableTennis      This day, I don’t have a class observation based on the schedule that I’ve got. But when my friends Prince, Nua and Mook arrived in our dormitory and they told to me that Miss Syarifa has a class, so I was shocked but my friend Prince defend me to my mentor that I’ve got a wrong schedule and she accepted the apology of my friend. That’s why I message my mentor to say sorry and promised to go to her class early on the next day. On the afternoon we played volleyball with the teacher of SMP and Lab school.We ate our dinner the Nasi Udok with ayam(chicken) again.After that I played table tennis with Mister Ulyat. After that they teach me an Indonesian song with their band.

#FRIENDSHIPgoals                                         After our class observations in Sekolah Menengah Pertama we decided to explore the city and luckily we visited the only mall in Aceh, the Suzuya Mall.

                  I thought this is my first observation in the class of my mentor because when I arrived on the school and asked where Ma’am Syarifa is.And they said that her class is on the library so I decided to go. When I already enter the library and start to observed the class and sat at the back. I was surprised because they are discussing about Mitosis and Meiosis which is biology. When the class is already done, she invited me in front of the class IX-2 to introduced myself. And that time I discern that the class I observed this day is Biology class under Miss Sharifa not Miss Syarifa. That’s why I look for Miss Syarifa and they said that she isn’t around the school.

                  Our friends in Unsyiah accompany us in taking a free shuttle at early in the morning. We surprise because it almost near in the city and we need to walk to go in a bus stop and walk again up to school. When we arrived in Sekolah Menengah Pertama 6, they bring us in the office of headmaster with our coordinator Dr. Hasan, our mentor in Unsyiah and they introduced to our mentor also in that school. And my mentor is Miss Syarifa Azmar a physics teacher because they assigned me to teach physics.

Friends in UNSYIAH First Group Picture Treated by Dr. Hasan During the Welcome Remarks      Faculty of Education                     “First Day”. They bring us in the office of Education at Universitas Syiah Kuala. We really amazed on the building of their faculty. This is the welcome remarked to us and they introduced the staffs of their department and I meet my mentor Miss Andi Ulfa. We also introduced ourselves with the profile we have. After that, two students of our host university accompany us to walk around the UNSYIAH. One of them is Amir, he also joined the third batch of Sea Teacher. We saw the different laboratories in chemistry (Kimia) and Physics (Fisika). And they bring us also in the library of their university. After that, some of my Thai friends asked to bring us on our dormitory because they feel tired on that time. We took our rest and when we woke up; we started to join a volleyball game and played it with the student teacher of PPG-FKIP.

The moment that we arrived in our dormitory, there s someone invited us to go in city, her name is Ema. She accompany us to go and helped us to little things.

#MH 0705 #NAIA #TheMomentOfTruth                Last August 6,2017 , is the most awaited date in my calendar. It symbolize that my journey in other country will start at early in my age. I dream to travel outside the country after I finish my study, but God gave me this kind of opportunity before I graduate. This kind of experience is the one will mark on my heart until on my last breath. This is the day where God told me that, "Go and make disciple of all nations",.
